| Volunteer Position Description |
-Develop a trusting relationship with the member by calling them prior to their appointment to confirm the meeting date and time.
-Meet and greet the member at their home and accompany them in their commute to medical appointment/errand (either by a volunteer -Teapot driver, Transport Adapte or taxi)
-Assist and direct member through the hospital and/or clinic
-Remain with the member and engage in conversation to help pass the time
-Accompany member home |
