| Volunteer Position Description |
The purpose of this position is to help break social isolation for seniors caused by the technological barrier and to empower seniors to use technology confidently. Volunteers will work with members one-on-one at our centre for about one hour at a time. |

Duties:
Meet with members at The Teapot to help ease anxiety related to technology
Meet with members over Zoom or phone when needed
Assist Teapot members with the installation and operation of Zoom
Assist Teapot members with any other technological questions they may have
Requirements:
Knowledge of various technologies and platforms
Bilingualism is an asset (English and/or French)
Experience working with seniors an asset
Having access to a personal computer/phone
Comfortable hosting Zoom meetings/webinars |
