Volunteer Position Requirements Receptionist Duties Welcome and announce all visitors to Elizabeth House. Screen, prioritize and assess all incoming telephone calls and take messages when necessary. Secretarial Duties • Data entry and typing for the Administrative and Clinical Programmes • Answering the phone and transferring messages as needed • Preparation of responses for routine correspondence • Photocopying for Clinical Programmes • Ensure that all necessary Administrative and Clinical forms are adequately stocked/restocked at all times • Triage of all incoming mail and appropriate distribution • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all office stationery supplies • Maintain the central inventory listing • Any other secretarial duties as requested by the Administrative and Clinical teams.
