Volunteer Position Description |
Connecte Santé is looking for volunteers to help onboard new patients who had been on the waiting list for a family doctor (GAMF) and have been recently assigned one. Connecte Santé volunteers will call patients, provide practical information for their first appointment with the family doctor and provide additional support documents. The personalized outreach and information means patients don’t get sent back to the GAMF and gives new patients and new family doctors a good start on a satisfying health partnership. |
