Responsibilities:
- Helps manage Auberge Transition's social media accounts
- Learn about our mission and values
- Learn about conjugal violence and its impacts on victims
- Develop a great understanding of the feminism movements
- Increase online presence and social engagement
- Protect carefully Auberge Transition’s name online
- Consult the outreach coordinator for any issues encountered
- Develop new strategies to increase awareness about IPV
- Monitor and post on social media platforms about projects in AT
- Work in collaboration with the Outreach Coordinator
- Assure every content has been approved by the Outreach Coordinator first before posting
- Scheduling monthly content calendars with the Outreach Coordinator
- Capture the most relevant and important details of the confidential of the Board meetings

Requirements:
- Be proactive and reliable
- Respect confidentiality rules and be self-aware about risks
- Be a great writer and communicator
- French and English efficiency skills (speaking, writing, comprehension, listening)
- Have a wide-ranging understanding of technology (Zoom, Team Microsoft, Word)
- Have access to a computer and good Wi-Fi connection
- Have access to a peaceful environment or come to our shelter
- Has no problem appearing virtually on camera as necessary
- Is comfortable speaking with anyone

The shelter's address will remain confidential for safety and security reasons, it will be given upon the first scheduled training.
As this is a shelter for women who have often experienced intimate partner violence from male perpetrators, only non-male identifying people will be accepted as volunteers for roles within the residence. |
