Volunteer Position Description Are you interested in sharing your knowledge with adult learners? Do you want to volunteer online? Why not join the National Online adult Learning (NOAL) program with the United for Literacy? Get to Learn about Canada from your laptop and exchange knowledge with others. Also, you will be able to improve your soft and hard skills as training is provided and you are supported through your volunteering.

Volunteer Position Requirements • Enthusiastic about working online. • Able to commit to a one-hour weekly tutoring session with an adult learner. • Patient and passionate • Interested in volunteering for a flexible schedule; . • Eager to work on your facilitation and tutoring skills, and excited to learn alongside your learner • Have access to a computer and a staple internet connection • Can foster a safe learning environment • Open to constrictive feedback and improvement
