Volunteer Position Description The Montreal West Readaptation Centre (WMRC) is an installation of Montréal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Center (MWI IUHSSC). We provide habilitation, rehabilitation, residential and community integration services and our services are offered in English and French. We are looking for caring and compassionate volunteers who would like to make a difference in their community. ARE you are looking for meaningful ways to contribute your time? We are recruiting volunteers to help adults and teens with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and/or physical disabilities. We are looking for volunteers who would like to do weekly or biweekly visits and spend time with our clients living in the West Island area (Pierrefonds, Beaconsfield, Ile Bizard, DDO, etc) . Our clients enjoy going on walks, outings and making a new friend! We also have several requests to help elementary school aged children with homeworh and tutoring.
